ENT & Dental Hospitals Implementation
A Major London NHS Trust required an experienced ICT, Digital Services and Construction Programme Manager to Lead a Technical Implementation Team delivering the following systems and services to the new Royal National ENT Hospital, Eastman Dental Hospital and the new Dental Education Centre
The objective of the contract was to install, configure, test and support the ICT and Digital Services systems in the new Buildings ready for the 1st patient go live

- End User Technology EUT (Desktop, Mobile & Printing) and EPIC Integration
- Video-Conferencing Services
Outcome
We lead a large Technical Team which implemented the agreed systems whilst liaising with all relevant Trust’s Clinical and Administrative departments and Technical teams, third-party suppliers and Main Contractor, ensuring that all early milestones were met and all governance activities were delivered.
