A Major London NHS Trust required a Specialist Programme Resource to Lead a Technical Design Team delivering the following tasks for the new Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals, new Dental Education Centre and the new Phase 4 Proton Beam Therapy Centre Solution and design for the following systems
The objective of the contract was to deliver a multi-million pound 21st century digital environment which is future proofed for at least the next 10 years under difficult financial constraints

Outcome
We lead a Technical Team which reviewed and developed the solutions and finalised the technical designs for the systems listed above, whilst liaising with all relevant Trust Clinical and Administrative departments and Teams, third-party suppliers and both Main Contractors, ensuring that all early requirements were met and all governance activities were delivered.
